Can I buy online and pick it up at the store?
Definitely! When selecting the means of delivery, you can choose the option "Collection in store" In less than two hours we will confirm with an email that your order is ready to be collected. You will only need to pass with your ID.
Can I return or exchange if the size is not correct?
Of course yes. The only thing we will verify is that the product is in perfect condition. The seals, packaging and others must be in perfect condition.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
Every day, all orders that enter before 1:00 p.m. and are delivered in approximately 48-72 hours.
If I pay by transfer, will it take longer to receive my purchase?
When paying by transfer, the payment can take up to 48 hours on business days. The shipment will be made at the time the money is received in our account.
How long do I have for returns?
The term is 15 calendar days.
What are the payment options?
Any purchase from our online store can be paid by credit / debit card, by bank transfer or by Paypal.
